The City of Erlanger will hold a Board of Adjustment Hearing on Monday, April 25, 2022 in the Erlanger City Building at 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky. The Hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m.
1. 3836 Sherbourne Drive, 3846 Sherbourne Drive, 3848 Sherbourne Drive, 3850 Sherbourne Drive, 3874 Eagleledge Court, and 3878 Eagleledge Court – Mr. Andrew Martin, agent for property owner the Drees Company, made an application for a Board of Adjustment hearing to seek Dimensional Variances from the requirements of the minimum front and rear yard setbacks; the applicant proposes to reduce the minimum setbacks to the front and rear property lines than what is permitted.
2. 847 Lakerun Lane – Ms. Jennifer Holt, property owner, made an application for a Board of Adjustment hearing requesting a Dimensional Variance from the requirements of the permitted obstructions in minimum required yard regulations to install an air conditioning unit a minimum of six (6) feet from the left side property.
