The City of Erlanger will hold a Board of Adjustment Hearing on Monday, June 27, 2022 in the Erlanger City Building at 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky. The Hearing will begin at 7:00 p.m.
AGENDA
1. 3518 Turkeyfoot Road – Mrs. Janice C. McKinney made an application for a Board of Adjustment hearing to seek a Conditional Use Permit to construct a detached accessory dwelling unit in the rear yard.
2. 453 Commonwealth Avenue – Mr. David Findsen made an application for a Board of Adjustment hearing to seek a Dimensional Variance to construct a detached garage closer to the rear property line than permitted.
