The City of Erlanger will hold two Board of Adjustment Hearings on Monday, June 1, 2020 in the Erlanger City Building at 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky. The Hearings will begin at 7:00 p.m.
1. 3524 MITTEN DRIVE – Mr. James Ritter, representative of Professional Design Associates, agent of
property owner, made an application for a Board of Adjustment hearing to seek a Dimensional Variance
from the requirements of the permitted structure in minimum required yard regulations to construct a
building closer to the rear property than permitted.
2. 1599 TWINRIDGE WAY – Ms. Kellie Bailey-Vu, representative of The Drees Company, made an
application for a Board of Adjustment hearing to appeal the zoning administrator’s
decision/interpretation on the location of accessory structures on a property; the applicant proposes to
install an inground pool in the right side yard.
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, the City of Erlanger is recommending that
attendees practice social distancing and wear face masks at the Hearings.

➢ National Emergency declared by President Donald Trump on March 13, 2020
➢ Local Emergency declared by Mayor Jessica Fette on March 19, 2020.
