The Christmas Light Collection Event is a friendly competition between Kenton County, Boone County, and Campbell County. Last year, the three Northern Kentucky counties were able to divert 3,097 lbs of lights from the landfill.
Kenton County did collect the most lights in 2021 and 2022, and Erlanger was a big part of this success so we will be participating again! From December 1 – January 31, residents and business owners can drop off their used holiday lights at the Erlanger City Building. Help us win again this year!
