Emi Randall serves as the City’s full-time Director of Economic Development. Mrs. Randall is a member of the Kentucky Association for Economic Development (KAED) and the Kentucky Chapter of the American Planning Association (KAPA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky and Master of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati. With over 15 years of professional experience in community development and planning, Emi is a skilled project manager, strategic planner and problem solver. Prior to joining the City, she served as the Director of Planning and Zoning Administration at PDS of Kenton County, where she provided staff to the Kenton County Planning Commission and oversaw the development of Kenton County’s Comprehensive Plan, Direction 2030. Prior to that, she served as a project manager at OKI REgional Council of Governments and Woolpert, Inc, a private consulting firm. Her goal as Economic Development Director is to promote Erlanger as a lucrative choice for the location of businesses and industries.
Ms. Randall is ready to provide assistance to existing and potential new businesses within the City of Erlanger, both large and small. She is available to answer questions and provide assistance with business locations, zoning, incentives, infrastructure, relationships and more.
