- Request: (1) An appeal to increase the number of wall signs; (2) Variancerequests to increase the height and size of a detached principal sign, and to reduce the setback; and (3) A variance request to reduce the setback of a detached principal sign. The property is currently zoned HC (Highway Commercial).
- Summary: The applicant is proposing a comprehensive sign package for a new development. This includes: (1) six wall signs where only four are permitted; (2) A detached principal sign that is 23.5 feet tall, 309.75 square feet in area, and set back zero feet where 20 feet tall, 60 square feet in area, and set back five feet is required; and (3) Another detached sign that will be set back zero feet where five feet is required.
