Finance/HR Director

Kara Kramer serves as the Finance/HR Director for the City of Erlanger. She maintains procedures and controls over municipal revenues and expenditures in all departments of the city. She organizes the City’s financial budget and yearly audit. She joined the team on June 24, 2019.

Chrissie fultz

Assistant Finance/HR Director

Chrissie serves as the Assistant Finance/HR Director. Under the Finance/HR Director, she assists with the annual budget, audit, benefits, and day-to-day financial and HR operations. She supervises the HR Administrator and Accountant. She joined the team in August 2020.

Stephanie Coyle

HR Administrator

Stephanie serves as the HR Administrator for the City of Erlanger. Under the general guidance of the Assistant Finance/HR Director, she assists with personnel filing, payroll, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. She joined the team in November 2023.

Abbie Strzelewicz

Accountant

Abbie serves as the Accountant for the City of Erlanger. Under the general guidance of the Assistant Finance/HR Director, she assists with the annual budget, audit, and day-to-day financial operations. She joined the team in April 2025.
