Homeowners Surface Water Subsidy Program

The Erlanger City Council has established a subsidy program, which is intended to help Erlanger homeowners pay for efforts to correct surface water drainage problems on their property.  Examples of such efforts include re-grading of yards, installation of catch basins, underground drainage systems, reconfiguration of downspouts and roof drainage systems.  The City of Erlanger is in no way responsible for surface water problems that may be experienced by individual homeowners.  

The City will reimburse two thirds (2⁄3’s) of the cost of the correction efforts up to a maximum of $1,500.00 per eligible homeowner.  Residents of abutting properties that share a common surface water problem may submit a joint application in order to apply subsidy funds to a larger correction project.
