LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

The City of Erlanger, KY will receive sealed bids Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time at the City Building, 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, KY 41018 for the 2025-2026 Crack Filling of various streets in the City.

Each sealed bid shall be accompanied by either a cashier’s check or satisfactory bid bond, in a sum, which is not less than five (5%) percent of the aggregate amount of the bid, payable to the City of Erlanger. Successful bidder will be required to execute and to provide construction contract security of an amount not less than one hundred percent of the bid.

Digital specifications, in PDF format or hard copies may be ordered starting Thursday, June 26, 2025, from the office of the City Engineer, for a cost of $75.00 each set, by calling Sandy McMillan on 859-727-3293, ext. 2011 or Kim Michaelis, ext. 2026. Plan holders must register to bid with Viox & Viox, Inc. to be eligible to bid.

Contractors must purchase the bid documents from Viox & Viox, Inc. to qualify as a registered bidder. No substitution of Contractors shall occur without change of registration.

The City will evaluate all submitted bids in accordance with resident bidder preferences pursuant to KRS 45A.490-494. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
