INVITATION TO BID
The City of Erlanger, Kentucky (“City”) will accept sealed bids for the project known as Eons Adventure Park Phase 1. The project consists of improvements to the intersection of Houston Road and Sycamore Tree Lane including the installation of islands, concrete curb and gutter, curb ramps, asphalt mill and overlay, and full-depth asphalt replacement. The project also includes the construction of an access drive, 36 parking spaces, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, concrete sidewalk and other appurtenances for a future dog park.
The bids will be accepted by the City Clerk, 505 Commonwealth Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky, 41018 until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on Thursday, August 7, 2025. The bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Said bids shall be received in a sealed envelope marked “Eons Adventure Park Phase 1 Bid”.
The Bid Documents may be examined between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm (local time), Monday through Friday at the office of Bayer Becker, 209 Grandview Drive, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, 41017. Copies thereof may be obtained at the office of Bayer Becker upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each set. An additional $10 per set will be charged for mailing plans. The Bid

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids and the right to negotiate with the bidder submitting the apparent lowest and best bid. It is the intent and requirements of the City that this project is completed no later than November 15, 2025.
