SMSgt Donald E. Walterman was born June 11, 1940 in Covington, KY. He enlisted in the Air Force on October 23, 1963 and served two tours in the Vietnam War. He proudly served the United States of America until he retired on July 23, 1988. Donald then moved his family back to Northern Kentucky. Sadly, he passed away on March 8, 2008 and had a Military funeral with full honors.
