Mayor Jessica Fette’s Bio – City of Erlanger

Growing up in the Woodlyn Hills subdivisions, Mayor Fette has been a resident of Erlanger for 22 years. She attended Dixie Heights High School and graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Woodlyn Hills was where she met her neighborhood sweetheart Jim, and were married in 2008 at St. Henry Catholic Church. They have three children Grace, James and Max. 525 Timberlake Ave. was their first home as a married couple and they currently live in the Lakemont Community. The Fette Family attends church at St. Barbara Parish and both, Jessica and Jim, are active parent volunteers for St. Henry Elementary.

Having more than 10 years of reporting, analysis and client/project management experience, Mayor Fette has been a part of multiple transformational projects for the companies that she has worked for in the past and has owned her own small business since 2012.

As a Council Member in Erlanger from 2016-2018, Jessica was part of many important projects.

Worked with others to create the Police Social Services Coordinator Position within Erlanger.

1st city sponsored Heroin Town Hall, to educate our citizens about resources available.
Being elected to the Planning & Development Services of Kenton Co. Management Board.
Worked with others to create a Storymap with PDS to illustrate the need for Stevenson Road improvements.
Traveled to Frankfort to advocate for the city of Erlanger on the pension issue.
Communicated with citizens to meet their needs including new trash cans on Turkeyfoot and Stevenson Road, speed and traffic issues, pothole and drainage issues on our roadways, the idea of Airbnb within our city, the concerns about the new Drees Development on Narrows Rd. and the blight issues within our city.
Nominated for Northern Kentucky Young Professionals, Next Generation Leadership Award in the Government & Public Affairs category.
Awarded the Achievement in City Governance by the Kentucky League of Cities

5th year and 6th year in a row of property and tangible tax decreases

Moved all Council Meetings to be Facebook Live streamed for increased transparency

As a mayor and the owner of a small business, Jessica has been adaptable to the everyday challenges that are presented in a fast paced environment. She prides herself on her thirst to tackle new and different challenges and looks forward to the new ways she can apply her skills.
