Joseph (Joe) Beagle entered the Air Force at the age of 17 in 1977, immediately after graduating from high school. His eight weeks of basic training took place in Lockland, Texas. After basic training, he was stationed in Oscoda, Michigan, where he was trained in heating and cooling. He worked at the Base’s Central Heat Plant. Joe was discharged from the Air Force in 1980 and returned home to Northern Kentucky. After returning home, Joe started a family and a career in the truck parts industry and, 44 years later, Joe is still working and enjoying life with his family.
