MUNICIPAL ORDER NO.
A MUNICIPAL ORDER OF THE CITY OF ERLANGER, KENTUCKY (THE “CITY”) AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A DEED OF EASEMENT WITH STONEMOR KENTUCKY, LLC FOR A PERMANENT EASEMENT FOR SIDEWALK AND FENCING.
WHEREAS, the City seeks an Easement, “Attached as Exhibit A” and;
WHEREAS, the Easement is necessary for the construction and placement of sidewalk and fencing.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ERLANGER, KENTUCKY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
That the City of Erlanger, Kentucky, authorizes the Mayor of Erlanger, Jessica Fette to sign an Easement with Stonemor Kentucky, LLC for a permanent easement for sidewalk and fencing, attached as Exhibit A between the City and Stonemor Kentucky, LLC.
SECTION II
That this Municipal Order is hereby adopted by the City Council of the City of Erlanger, Kentucky, this ___ day of September 2026, and shall be in full force and effect upon adoption.
