MO # Re-Appointment to Joint Code Enforcement Board

MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 

A MUNICIPAL ORDER OF THE CITY OF ERLANGER, IN KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY, APPROVING THE MAYOR’S RE-APPOINTMENT OF JOHNNA HERRMANN AS A MEMBER OF THE KENTON COUNTY JOINT CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF ERLANGER, IN KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 2562, the City of Erlanger joined the Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board to implement and regulate Erlanger’s Code Regulations; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Interlocal Agreement for the Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement, permits the City of Erlanger to appoint members to sit on the Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board; and 

WHEREAS, the Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board requires the appointment of a member for a term of three (3) years; and 

WHEREAS, Jessica Fette, as Mayor of the City of Erlanger, has re-appointed Johnna Herrmann as a member of the Kenton County Joint Code Enforcement Board, beginning on May 3, 2026 and continuing until June 30, 2029; and

WHEREAS, the City of Erlanger has the utmost confidence that Johnna Herrmann will serve the City to the best of her abilities and meet the qualifications set forth in KRS 65.8801 to 65.883.
