RESOLUTION NO.
A resolution adopting and approving the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement between the City of Erlanger and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways for in the amount of $35,000 for the Skye Drive project, and
Be it resolved by the City that:
The City does hereby ratify and adopt all statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and agreements contained in said Agreement and does hereby accept the funds provided in said Agreement and by such acceptance agrees to all the terms and conditions therein stated; and
The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to sign said Agreement as set forth on behalf of the City of Erlanger, and the City Clerk of Erlanger is hereby authorized and directed to certify thereto.
