As of May 27, construction has officially begun on the Silverlake Park Fence Project. Weather permitting, the following improvements are expected to take place over the next two weeks:
- Removal of existing vegetation
- Removal of previous fencing and installation of a new black footboard horse fence
- Installation of a new 6-foot privacy fence along the perimeter near the tennis courts
- Removal of old tennis court fencing and installation of new black fencing around the courts
