The City of Erlanger has announced a series of street improvement projects set to begin soon. To share this information with residents in the most efficient manner, please review the information below.
Linwood Avenue
The City of Erlanger has contracted with Jefferson Construction for a street replacement project expected to begin in late fall. This will include:
- Complete removal of the existing street
- Installation of a drainage pipe beneath the new construction
- Construction of a new sidewalk
- Replacement and modification of all driveway entrances
Information Session • Public Works Facility • 26 Montgomery Street
Wednesday, September 23
8 AM-12 PM and 1-6 PM
Residents will not need to schedule an appointment for this information session and can come and go as they please.
McAlpin Avenue and Hope Lane
The City of Erlanger has contracted with Riegler Blacktop to complete a street repair project with a tentative start date of September 7, with subsequent project phases to follow shortly after. This will include:
- Complete milling of the existing asphalt
- Sub-base repairs to address structural deficiencies
- Selected curb repairs
- Catch Basin Top Replacement
- New asphalt surface course
Graves Avenue and Home Street
The City of Erlanger has contracted with Eaton Asphalt to complete a street repair project. A start date will be determined once construction at Lloyd Memorial High School is complete. This will include:
- Complete milling of the existing asphalt
- Sub-base repairs to address structural deficiencies
- Selected curb repairs
- New asphalt surface course
