The incentive and grant for owners of real property provide a reimbursement of a portion of demolition costs for property owners who wish to demolish abandoned or blighted buildings for the purposes of redevelopment.
The EDGE incentive is available to certain qualifying new or expanding businesses and provides an annual reimbursement of up to one-third (33.33%) of the annual total city occupational license fee withheld by the employer.

The Small Business Facade & Exterior Improvement Grant allows a reimbursement of up to 50% of capital improvement expenses up to $20,000 ($10,000 maximum reimbursement) for visible exterior improvements.
The Redevelopment & Assessment Moratorium Program (RAMP) allows eligible property owners to make substantial improvements while temporarily deferring the increased taxable value created by those upgrades for up to five (5) years.
